I'm Karolina

Like many of the people I work with, I spent years trying to control my body — restricting, overriding hunger, and believing that health and worth had to be earned through discipline.

But it didn’t bring freedom. It brought exhaustion, disconnection, and a body that stopped responding.

Today, my work is about restoring metabolic health, rebuilding trust with food, and helping people transition from self-control to self-care, without abandoning science or ambition.

We’re living longer than ever, but not necessarily healthier. Many people spend their later years managing fatigue, inflammation, and chronic conditions that could have been prevented. Ironically, the very thing we’ve been told to do to stay healthy — dieting — is often what damages our metabolism and undermines long-term wellbeing.

I don’t believe in fighting your body into submission.

My approach blends evidence-based nutrition, functional testing, nervous system support, and deep work around your relationship with food and your body.

Because sustainable health in midlife isn’t about doing more. It’s about doing what’s safer, smarter, and aligned with the body you have now.

How it all began...

My story started long before I became a nutritionist. For years, I was caught in the same cycle of dieting and self-criticism that so many women know too well. What I didn’t realise then was how deeply those patterns could affect not just how we feel about our bodies, but our long-term health and vitality.

For 15 years, I was caught in a relentless cycle of dieting, self-blame, and body dissatisfaction. No matter how much weight I lost, it never felt like enough. I believed that if I could just make my body smaller, I’d finally feel confident and happy.

I watched my mum go through the same struggle, trapped in a culture that worships thinness and punishes softness. She spent years dieting, hating her body, and pushing through stress and exhaustion. Eventually, her health began to unravel, and she was diagnosed with cancer. Losing her made me realise how deeply our relationship with food and our bodies can shape our long-term health and quality of life.

That was my turning point. I began questioning everything I believed about food, weight, and wellbeing. Through mindful eating, functional nutrition, and nervous system support, I learned to work with my body, not against it.

As my health and confidence returned, so did my purpose. I trained as a Nutritional Therapist and Eating Psychology Coach to help other women break free from the cycle of restriction and self-criticism, and to build health that lasts.

Today, my work is about restoring metabolic health, rebuilding trust with food, and helping people create energy and longevity from a place of self-care, not self-control.

Every woman I help is a tribute to my late mother, whose struggle reminds me daily why this work matters. Because you deserve to feel free, energised, and at peace in your body, not just now, but for the rest of your life.
